We promised to explain 212° and here you go! At 211° , water is hot. At 212°, it boils. When waters boils, steam is created. Steam powers a locomotive. That one degree makes all the difference. This  concept is the driving force behind all we do. Nothing leaves our lab without being a perfect 212°. By going a bit further, we produce extraordinary results.
