As Creative Director, Billie is the most approachable marketing brain you'll ever meet. She tempers the whirling storm of ideas that continually converge in her brain with a borderline obsession on customer service. With over ten years of experience in one of the most daunting customer-focused jobs in the world at Southwest Airlines, Billie knows exactly how to treat her customers – and yours – in a way that gets results. With an eye for the perfect design, a head for solid marketing, and a heart for every person she meets, Billie really is the backbone of Rainmaker Creative.

Kevin is the yin to the creative type yang around here.  He’s big on data entry and numbers.  You know, that stuff that makes the artists cringe.  Kevin’s the one who keeps the team's paperwork, contracts, and compliance in check and he's a big part of why Rainmaker runs so smoothly. Thank goodness for his Lombardi approach to business.

Alexis is a Rock Star Designer. As a University of Idaho grad, she combined her inherent love of graphic design with a degree in Public Relations. Since those early days, she kicked off a successful start-up business with her sister.  Since completing her degree, Alexis has completed a year of a Master's Degree with the Academy of Art University. She and her pup Ollie recently relocated to Spokane from Coeur d'Alene.

Professor DID (aka Director Interactive Development) Yep, you can call her that, she’s cool with it. This is one of those titles that make you smile and nod like you know what it means. Basically, Amanda makes your website move, sing, bounce, and play. Every cool graphic that whirls across your website requires dedicated programming. We know you don’t care how it works, but Amanda does and she has the skills to make it happen like magic. Come to think of it, with a high ponytail she does look a lot like a genie.

With Heather as the Director of Operations, it’s all about dancin’ in the rain around here.  Not only can she figuratively dance circles around our clients’ projects, but she can do it literally, too—and she’s got the tap shoes to prove it!  Of course, she’s also the one to keep everyone on track, cracking the whip and keeping the team in line and focused.  Her geeky tendencies mean that she’s a whiz at the organizational stuff, but her artistic side allows her to do it with flair.  Which might occasionally include “jazz hands.”
